After receiving the device, we will issue a billing document for the analysis and send it to your email address.

How will I know what’s happening with my device?

At every stage of the process, you will receive an email from us with the current status. You can also check the details online at any time in the order panel.

Should I include a new device for the recovered data along with the damaged one?

Yes, you can include a new storage device intended for the recovered files. We can also make the recovered data available for download from our private server.

Should I include a copy of the submission form with the shipment?

No. It’s enough to write the generated order number (received in the email) on the package or inside the parcel.
